Pineapple is rich in nutrients and provides many health benefits. Pineapples have a sweet, juicy and vibrant in flavor. The juicy and ripe pineapple satisfies the sweet cravings also. They are rich in vitamin A, vitamin b complex, vitamin c, iron, calcium, manganese and many more. Pineapple has a wide cylindrical shape, scaly green, brown or yellow skin and has a crown of spiny, blue-green leaves and fibrous yellow flesh. Here are some of the benefits of pineapples:

Vitamin A: Pineapples are rich in vitamin A which is good for vision and skin. Vitamin A is also a strong antioxidant which helps to minimize the oxidative stress caused by free radicals in the body. Free radicals are the toxic substances and can cause many diseases like cardiovascular disease and diabetes. Free radicals can also cause early aging.  Vitamin A also helps to avoid lung and oral cancer.
