In ayurveda ghee is used as a medicine for the treatment of different ailments and it is also used as a base for different herbal creams. So add this healthy fat into your daily diet to retain maximum health. A healthy person can consume 6 tsp of fats per day. So you can add 2 tsp of desi ghee per day with the other essential fats into your diet.
